These words are recited during a spell that has a simple goal: "To fill that empty spot inside you that feels only loneliness without the fullness of new love." "Gather a handful of dried pumpkin seeds and take them outside to an area where you can bury them unseen and where they will remain undisturbed. Sit on the ground and, in front of you, dig a small hole. Begin to visualize the unwanted lover moving further and further away from you. As you do this, take a single pumpkin seed and bite down on it, then toss it into the hole. When you've gone through all the seeds, your mind's eye should see your life without the undesired person in it."
