It clearly shows how rebelliousness hinders the path, while acceptance makes it possible to transform pain and adversity into levers of progress and happiness. Like the characters in this novel, we are often on the verge of throwing everything away, of giving up, simply because we still do not understand how the universal laws works, nor how the divine love embraces us in every moment of our lives.
