An ex-janitor turned a former school building into a post-apocalypse fortress. The police won't go in anymore because of the deadly anti-zombie traps (not to mention the guy is armed for doomsday). So Rick Houseman is called upon to infiltrate the building and convince the crazy guy and his nightmare pet to leave.
