Collecting 20th-century ceramics is a rapidly-expanding field, inspired both by the availability and affordability of the pieces and by the tastes of younger collectors. In addition the growth of the Internet has fuelled an exciting e-market led by eBay but also joined by the traditional international auction houses. Ceramics in particular is very much a global market, with British ceramics just as popular stateside. Price values are included. This is the first guide to cover a wide range of 20th-century British and North American ceramics factories in detail.
