Man has gained digital control over the external world, but his internal world is in shatters. On your computer, which may be a desktop or a laptop, you replace old programs with the latest versions of software. Why not do the same with your Headtop? Just as you are not your car or your shoes, like any of your other belongings; so too, you are not your body, mind, intellect or thoughts, feelings and emotions; but, though you intelligently differentiate yourself as being something apart from the external objects, you ignorantly identify yourself with your Body-Mind-Intellect (BMI), thoughts and emotions, which are just as external as the rest of the objects in the universe.
