📖 The Scoop
This publication contains monographs prepared at the fifty-fourth meeting of the Joint FAO/WHO Expert Committee on Food Additives (JECFA) which met in Geneva, 15-24 February 2000. The monographs summarise the safety data on the residues in food of selected veterinary drugs reviewed by the Committee. This document should be read in conjunction with the FAO Food and Nutrition paper 41/13 which contains monographs on the residues of the veterinary drugs that were evaluated at the meeting. Reports and other documents resulting from previous meetings of JECFA are listed as an annex. Other annexes list the participants in the meeting and summarise the conclusions of the Committee.
Genre: Medical / Veterinary Medicine / General (fancy, right?)
